2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 121(1), 121(2), 126(2), 132, 191(1), 191(2), 191(3) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The allegation in the first information report is that, the informant, who is the Circle Officer, had gone to the place of occurrence for removal of encroachment, where a mob of about 15 persons including these petitioners objected to the same and assaulted the informant by means of lathi and danda etc. causing injury to him.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.47475 of 2025(2) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 petitioners that although the names of the petitioners feature in the first information report but they are said to be only the members of the mob who were protesting against the informant. The specific allegation against these two petitioners is that they are trying to instigate the villagers against the administration. It is next submitted that the injury report of the informant shows that there is no external injury on his body. Further, the chargesheet has been submitted in this case on 16.07.2025. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 22.05.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2025.
