JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 364,304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after four years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and the husband of the victim is in custody. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate from the husband of the victim.

It is submitted by the learned APP after going through

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7754 of 2014 (6) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 the case diary that the dead body was recovered with injuries and the victim was found to be pregnant.

Considering the nature of accusation, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Aurai P.S. case No. 123 of 2012 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
