JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 21.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15733 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 30.09.2016, up till now only two prosecution witnesses have been examined out of eight prosecution witnesses and both have turned hostile and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. seriously opposes prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances stated above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25110 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Special Case No. 16 of 2016 arising out of Jokihat P.S. Case No. 281 of 2016 pending in the court of 1st Additional SessionsCum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Araria. However, the learned trial Judge is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as early as possible. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Abhay/- U T
