JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Special (NDPS) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018 arising out of F. No. NCB/PZU/V/43 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20/29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 43.700 K.G. Ganja has been recovered from a car and petitioner and co-accused were apprehended.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is driver of the vehicle. Petitioner is innocent. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that huge
