The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.3.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr.Misc. no. 40894 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. The petitioner has remained in custody since 12.10.2020.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the observation given in the earlier order of rejection dated 24.3.2021, the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59384 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Suryagardha P.S. Case no. 204 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District and Session Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise, Lakhisarai.
