2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per prosecution case, marriage of O.P. No. 2 was solemnized with co-accused Amar Kumar on 22.2.2023. Thereafter, all the F.I.R. named accused persons started torturing and harassing the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55769 of 2024(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/3 dowry due to which she also suffered miscarriage. Lastly, informant was ousted from the matrimonial house.

4. Petitioner No. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 are married sisters-in-law of the informant.

5. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and they are not concerned with family affairs of the informant. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the informant and petitioners are simply victims of over implications. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

7. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that thrust of accusation is against husband of the informant, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P. S. Case No. 135 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of
