Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Surat @ Suraj Das, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S.Case No. 53 of 2013.
