A grievance has been made by the petitioner that he has carried out the work which has been mentioned in the Agreement No. 120F2, 2014-15 dated 17.2.2015 and, after execution of the work, he submitted the final bill, except payment of running bill, he is entitled to an admitted amount of Rs. 4,85,203/- and, the Executive Engineer, vide letter dated 27.5.2015, requested the Secretary, Building Construction Department to release fund but, till date, as per the claim of the petitioner, he has not been

Patna High Court CWJC No.14714 of 2016 dt.15-02-2017 paid the rest amount to which he is entitled. For convenience, the petitioner should approach to the Secretary, Building Construction Department who will examine the case of the petitioner, will take a decision, if the petitioner is entitled to the payment as it appears from the letter of the Executive Engineer dated 27.5.2015, the amount will be released in his favour without unnecessary delay preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
