Case No. 137 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 1147 of 2019, pending in the court of learned In-charge Additional District and Sessions Judge-2nd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, as the same has been filed due to inadvertent mistake. The petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45876 of 2019 under order dated 24.07.2019 in the aforesaid Basopatti P.S.Case No. 137 of 2019, corresponding to G.R.No. 1147 of 2019.

Permission is accorded.
