2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024, lodged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has impersonated as a Ticket Examiner at Bhagalpur Railway Station.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the name of the petitioner has figured in this case due to altercation with police at Bhagalpur Railway Station. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 subject to condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at Barahat Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
