2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2),
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47211 of 2025(3) dt.08-10-2025 2/3 316(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The case of the prosecution is that from the house of the accused Dinesh Kumar Chaudhary, altogether welfare stamp of Rs. 55, 529/- and a mobile was recovered. As far as accused Asim Kumar is concerned, from his house altogether fake stamp of Rs. 2,45,935/- was recovered.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. The accused Asim Kumar is the public notary and accused Dinesh Kumar Chaudhary is the stamp vendor. It has been submitted that Accused Dinesh Kumar Chaudhary is having no criminal antecedent and accused Asim Kumar is having one criminal antecedent. They are in judicial custody since 06.05.2025 and 30.04.2025 respectively.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail with the observation that licence of stamp vendor shall not be issued in favor of accused Dinesh Kumar Chaudhary and accused Asim Kumar will henceforth never be made a notary. The above named

No.47211 of 2025(3) dt.08-10-2025 3/3 petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No.65 of 2025 with the condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the trial and shall appear in the trial Court whenever required.
