JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and it appears that for the first time the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the supervision note of the SDPO and after that his name came in progress report at para-95 of the case diary. Moreover, co-accused Sikandar Singh alias Mangal Singh, against whom there is allegation of firing, has already been granted the privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
