The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-compliance of the direction of the District Teachers

Patna High Court CWJC No.14708 of 2016(3) dt.02-02-2018 3/3 Employment Appellate Authority.

Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition has already been decided by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1287 of 2012.

Mr. Singh has drawn the attention of the Court to the orders passed in CWJC No. 14697 of 2016 and CWJC No. 16549 of 2016 disposed of by this Court and in view of the aforesaid the respondents are expected to be aware of the direction of this Court and as such a shorter time may be granted for implementation of the order.

In view of the judgment of the Division Bench in LPA No. 1287 of 2012, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent Nos. 7 and 8 to extend the similar benefits to these petitioners as admissible to the petitioners in CWJC No. 14697 of 2016 and CWJC No. 16549 of 2016 within a period of 60 days.
