JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 30-01-2017 This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 391 of 2012 from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran to Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in fact, this application will be maintainable under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure and according to the Patna High Court Rules, it is to be registered as M.J.C. application. Therefore, he seeks permission to convert this civil miscellaneous application into M.J.C. application under Section 24 C.P.C. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to convert this civil miscellaneous application into M.J.C. application within three weeks.
