Petitioner seeks bail in Basnahi P.S.Case No. 55 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, while informant was returning to his home, six miscreants forcibly snatched mobile, gold chain, ring, money, motorcycle and some documents and also assaulted on his head.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name has transpired during the course of investigation on the basis of his confession

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59377 of 2021(2) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 in connection with Basnahi P.S.Case No. 53 of 2021. Petitioner has not put on T.I.P and only on the basis of criminal antecedent petitioner is made accused in this case. Petitioner is in custody since16.07.2021 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties,let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sharsa, in connection with Basnahi P.S.
