Petitioner is not named in the present case, which has been registered for the offences punishable under various sections of the Arms Act and it appears from perusal of the first information report as well as impugner order that cross firing was going on between two groups and police having got information, reached there and thereafter, the present case was lodged as some fire-arms and cartridges had been recovered from possession of a person, who had sustained fire-arm injury in the aforesaid incident and died in course of treatment.

So far as petitioner is concerned; it appears that he

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 253 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 7582 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Motihari, East Champaran.
