JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.71 of 2017, a case under Sections 341/307/353/338/332/333/504 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(a)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Seven liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of these petitioners. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 30.10.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5128 of 2018(2) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 already undergone, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
