The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case no. 307/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended along with Shashi Shekhar Kumar and Prince Kumar. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country-made pistol and live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner has already remained in jail for five months and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
