The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. It is submitted that the doctor opined about the injury to be simple in nature but dangerous to life. The occurrence took place on account of land dispute. The petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
