JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though charge has been framed, but, not a single witness has been examined. In this case the informant has not named the petitioner. It has, further, been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2016.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 85 of 2017 (arising out of Puraini P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7755 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Madhepura, with the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local resident and the another would be that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
