Petitioner is not named and it appears that his name came in confessional statement. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15-07-2015 without having any criminal antecedent but admittedly, uptill now; petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
