The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner and others are alleged to have committed murder of brother-in-law of the informant's brother on account of dispute of road-rage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this present case. A statement has been made in para 3 of this petition that he has got no criminal antecedent. No specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner.

Similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been granted by this co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.06.2022. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Muzaffarpur.
