2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32, 41, 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3 . It is alleged that total 121 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the seized vehicle .
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question and has been made accused in this case only on suspicion . No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition .

No.47174 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 2nd cum Special Judge Excise - 1, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 153 of 2023, giving rise to Special Case No. 227 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
