FIR named accused Raj along with three others made attempt to kidnap the informant's daughter but due to intervention of local people, informant's daughter could be saved. Furthermore, it is stated that the aforesaid co-accused Raj gave a paper mentioning mobile number. Subsequently, in course of investigation it was detected that mobile no. 9199306664 belongs to the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Town P.S.
