JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the C.D.P.O., Mehsi in the district of East Champaran for redressal of her grievances.

Should such a complaint be filed before the C.D.P.O., Mehsi, East Champaran, she would be under an obligation to pass a reasoned order within a period of 30 days or else the matter would be automatically transmitted to the office of the District Programme Officer, East

If the petitioner still remain dissatisfied, she would have the option of preferring a revision petition before the concerned Divisional Commissioner. All these forums are available to the petitioner under the Rules of 2019 which are in place now.
