The petitioners seek bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022 dated 04.06.2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the nephews of the informant who along with their parents are alleged to have assaulted the informant, his wife and others. There is a counter version of the occurrence. The injuries suffered by the informant and others are said to be simple in nature. The wife of the informant but has received head injury. Nonetheless considering the period

No.50076 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 of custody of the petitioner, which is from 15.06.2022 and taking into account that there was a property dispute between the two brothers, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022.
