2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 354(B), 379, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he poured petrol upon the informant and both her sons.
4. It is submitted that there is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner. Present case is counter blast of Supaul P. S. Case No. 323 of 2023 which was instituted by mother of the petitioner against the informant and others. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No. 324 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
