The application seeks initiation of a contempt proceeding for violation of the order dated 15.07.2013 passed in CWJC No. 11664 of 2012 (Annexure-1) whereby the petitioner was granted liberty to represent the grievance before the Director Zila Sahri Vikash Abhikaran and the same was directed to be considered in tandem with the Executive Officer of the Nagar Panchayat.

Patna High Court MJC No.556 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 A show cause is filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.3 to 5 wherein a copy of the order dated 14.05.2016 passed jointly by the Incharge of the Zila Sahri Vikash Abhikaran as well as Executive Officer of the Nagar Panchayat is enclosed. It is stated that a reasoned order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner. The legality/correctness of the order cannot be examined in the contempt jurisdiction of the Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved thereby the matter can be ventilated before the appropriate forum/authority in accordance with law.
