Taking into consideration that one country made katta, 46 cartridges and some cash are said to have been recovered from the house of petitioner who carries criminal antecedent of five cases, I am not inclined to release him on bail, at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. case no. 347/2014 pending in the court of Sri B. K.Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa/ concerned court stands rejected.
