The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was arrested from his house and from the possession of the petitioner ten live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
