The looted truck is said to have been recovered in abandoned condition on the road and after that, petitioner was caught in suspicion and made his confessional statement. It appears that except the aforesaid materials, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 21-05-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
