Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.487 of 2017/G.R. No.4806 of 2017, registered under Sections 307 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35/27 of the Arms Act.

Police received information that some criminals have assembled in the house of Chhotu Singh, so reached there. Chhotu Singh and Arvind Singh started opening fire and the petitioner is also said to have been apprehended there and one live cartridge and a knife were recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of firing is not against the petitioner rather against

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Munna Pandey is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.487 of 2017/G.R. No.4806 of 2017.
