The petitioner apprehends his arrest in University (LNMU) P.S. Case No.228 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not living in the house from where the liquor has been recovered and he has no concern with the land in question.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
