2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024 lodged on 15.06.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 325, 307 and 379 of Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the informant alleged that when he was watering the wall of his newly constructed house, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons attacked him with various weapons. It is further alleged that they have taken Rs. 50,000/- from the informant which was kept for construction of the house.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and argue that grievous injury has been sustained.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner and there is case and counter-case between the parties , let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 to the satisfaction of learned court below in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 and also subject to the following conditions: (I) One of the bailors shall be the petitioner's own or close member.
(II) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed during the trial and also co-operate in the process of trial. (III) The petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence/intimidate any witness during

(IV) The Petitioner shall not commit offence of a similar nature in future.
In case of violation of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
