One country-made loaded pistol, four live cartridges, one diary and one mobile set are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 18.01.2015 and carries criminal antecedent but taking into note of the aforesaid facts as well as this aspect of the matter that one co-accused Ravindra Prasad having more or less with similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S.
