2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 399 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 329(3), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Allegedly on the given date and time of occurrence, the petitioners along with 20 unknown persons, reached at the house of the informant and started abusing. On protest, all of them assaulted causing head injury to the informant, besides they have threatened with dire consequences. 4.Learned Advocate for the petitioners referring to the FIR contended that the FIR has been instituted against five named accused persons, besides 20 unknown accused persons with an omnibus allegation. The alleged occurrence took place

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48423 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 in the afternoon of 21.07.2025, the present FIR came to be instituted on 22.07.2025. There is no specific accusation attributed to the petitioners, besides they carry fair antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Advocates for the respective parties and taking note of omnibus nature of allegation and the fair antecedent of the petitioners, who have just crossed their tender age, let the petitioners abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 399 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.
