JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the co-accused Tarachandra Mahto from whose possession there is recovery of fire arm, has been allowed vide order dated 30.3.2018, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 8019 of 2018 observing that the petitioner would be released on bail on completion of one year in custody, if the trial is not concluded in the mean time. Petitioner is in custody since 22.8.2017. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11509 of 2018 (3) dt.05-04-2018 of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Begusarai in S.Kamal Police Station Case No. 230/2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(b) The Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
