The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hilsa P.S. Case No.211 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no concern with the country made liquor seized in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that 30 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle and the petitioner is the owner of the said motorcycle. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve
