Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Consumer Forum by filing an appropriate complaint. It is needless to state that if an appropriate complaint is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned Consumer Forum shall consider the grievance made in the complaint of the petitioner without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
