Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this application has become infructuous and during the pendency of this case a decision has been taken by the Bihar School Examination Board in respect of the constitution of the Managing Committee/Governing Body of the school. The said decision of the Bihar School Examination Board has also been challenged before this Court by filing separate writ application being C.W.J.C. No. 17484 of 2017.

Since this writ application has become infructuous, it is disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to make a mention for urgent hearing of the said C.W.J.C. No. 17484 of 2017. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) SA/- U
