The petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.77 of 2013, a case under Sections 366/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has stated that she was not kidnapped by anyone; rather she had voluntarily married with the petitioner, as per her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., vide Annexure-2. Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the
