2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Alipur P.S Case No. 55 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 117(2), 303(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of BNS

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioners and other accused persons have assaulted the informant and his family member with lathi and danda.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that allegation leveled against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that petitioner name has been figured in this case due to dirty party politics.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47699 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 Moreover, petitioners have not been apprehended from the spot and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners are in judicial custody since 16.04.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order dated 16.06.2025, it appears that allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. On perusal of the injury report, it transpires that the injury sustained by the injured are all simple in nature and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. No. 55 of 2025.
