ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody on his remand since 02.08.2017 in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 11/17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)/a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the petitioner was not the person who was arrested from the place of occurrence rather he has been named subsequently and has been remanded in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that till date, the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade and no recovery has also been made from the possession of the petitioner.
