ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017 in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.206 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, admittedly, the F.I.R. is against unknown, but the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by all accused persons, who have been arrested in connection with another case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has neither been placed on T.I. Parade nor has any recovery been made from his conscious possession. Considering the aforementioned facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9262 of 2018 (3) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 circumstances and that a similarly situated co-accused Satyendra Sao has been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 21.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.10174 of 2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.206 of 2016.
