The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 588 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of brutally assaulting the informant by means of pistol butt, due to which he sustained injury. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched the cash of Rs. 11,000/- from the

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged against them and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation attributed to the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. So far as injury is concerned, the same is found to be simple in nature. Other co-accused has been regular granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25-04-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31595 of 2024.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 588 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid
