JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two motorcycles are said to have been recovered. One motorcycle has been recovered from in front of gumti of the petitioner and another motorcycle is recovered from Ambedkar road.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the seized motorcycles have not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44268 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 299 of 2015.
