2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 344 of 2021 registered under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unknown persons have looted one motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51778 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 on completion of one year in custody and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 344 of 2021.

7. The petitioner will visit Kateya police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station could be result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
