The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.36 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of opening fire which hit the stomach of the informant's brother and thereafter allegation is that when his family members came to rescue, they too were assaulted.

Taking into account the kind of allegation that has been made against the petitioner of opening fire which hit the stomach of the informant's brother, this Court is not inclined to
