2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 788 of 2023 arising out of Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 648 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 326, 307, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On earlier occasion, a report was called from the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XIII, Bhagalpur, regarding the stage of trial of the present case and the same has been received. The report shows that all the witnesses have been examined in the trial.

4. In these circumstances, when the trial is on the verge of completion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
