The petitioner is in jail custody since 10.3.2015 whereas having similar allegations co-accused Madhurendra Kumar Singh has already been granted the privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 28.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26546/2015.

No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking into account the facts of the
